Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@sabatrends.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Not damaged or altered

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Accessories (pins, underscarves, hijab tape) for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
